  3. Shipping the Item Back: Please securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided by our support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or full refund for the defective item. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
